Google Latitude was introduced few months back for cell phones and iGoogle and it allows its users to share their location with their friends and family, but previously, it wasn’t possible to share the location with the people who were not added in Latitude friends. But now Google has released two new applications that allow users to share their location with those who are not your Latitude friends

With this Latitude location, your status message for Gmail and Google Talk are automatically updated via location status of Google Talk. The new application allows all your added contacts to find out about your location in anywhere and at any moment.

On the other hand, you can publish your location on your website or blog with the Google public Location Badge. All you need to do is to pick the city in which you are present and similarly the location of your device can be detected through Wi-Fi, GPS or ID of cell Tower to get instant results about some specific location.

In a blog post, Google says that it will offer more applications to bring some more convenient ways to share location.
