HTC is not a very old name in the field of mobile technology and manufacturing. In recent years, it has gained a wide reputation in making very good products for its customers to get benefited from. It is struggling hard to keep the same pace of other industrial monopolists, Like Nokia, Samsung, Motorola etc, and have been quite successful in making a hype of HTC Phones and new launches or the press releases. Now people do want to know more about what HTC Phones are planning, making and bringing the next. Or what is so special about a specific model. Till now they have been quite successful in making a benchmark for honest products and by giving excellent support back to its customers.

HTC’s Smartphones are now capable to get accessed to manage some of the features from your computer without installing heavy software in the system. It is basically a version of Motorola Phone tools in collaboration with the American manufacturers. By using this, you can edit, view, delete the contacts, you can edit and add bookmarks in the browser and a lot more.

HTC Phones Company has also launched a new portal from where you can access the portal to gain any type of information you require, it does not matter what system you are using Windows or Linux. You can even connect to it by availing the Wi-Fi facility.

It is noted that HTC Portal has a great compatibility with HTC phones, to gain the maximum for its users.

World’s first WiMAX phone from HTC

HTC, the maker of the Android G1 handset, has just uncovered the world’s first 4G phone named HTC 4G that boasts speeds of up to 70 megabytes per second.

HTC 4G features a 3.8-inch touchscreen with 480×800 resolutions and runs Windows Mobile 6.1.Because of the high bandwidth opportunities, it offer high quality mobile TV to be streamed over the network and super-fast games, movies and maps are delivered to the handset.

WiMAX works the same way like Wi-Fi, however it covers a much larger area. Its 70Mb/s speed is applicable for handsets quite near to the source and the accurate speed figure is 10Mb/s over a 10Km range, still quite fast.

It also allows another 4G connected handset to be contacted with the VOIP over the network, as there is a deal with Scartel. It will also work with any SIM card in Russia as well.

Currently, WiMAx is being tested in the UK and it may become a large-scale deployment in the coming days.

However, no definite plans for a full scale roll out mean handsets like HTC MAX 4G is coming soon and the wired connections seem taking their last breath. If you want to save it , better start hiding that Ethernet now.

T-Mobile USA will offer Google Android, The New York Time reports

According to a New York Times’ report, T-Mobile USA is going to unleash the new Android software in October.

As it’s being widely believed that the phone has been made by HTC and there rumors that suggest to make the handset a Dream handset that has been waited for a long time.

The New York Times also confirms that Dream will have a touch screen, very similar to HTC Touch but it will also offer a full set of QWERT Keys.

The report suggests that the phone will be available with the new Google Android software and it will be available in September to take the full advantage of the rewarding holiday season.

Sooner or later, the Android platform is being considered to make waves in the cell phone industry. Apple’s AppStore and Nokia owned Symbian Foundation have already proved quite successful in this connection. Let see how far they succeed by releasing their own version of ‘open source’ software.
