Adobe uncovers Strobe

At Streaming Media East conference in New York, Adobe revealed its new open-source Flash video player named as Strobe, the company has already made announcement about it during the last month and according to abode it will be available in the 3rd Q of this year.

Strobe is a thing that accompanies and architects plug-ins that based on Flash technology of Adobe and will help to develop custom video player with much ease.

It’s going to rely on YouTube or other videos of this type or going to host videos online, it’s still a thing more than a secret.

Intel Comes Up With Its Linux OS

intel-linux_logoIntel has released its ‘first alpha release of the open-source OS based on Linux’, named as Moblin. It been the first operating system released by Micosoft other than Windows.

This project has taken time of a year and a half. The company told that this Linux based operating system is meant for netbooks. Reason thereby, it takes low power to run, making it best for small portable computers and netbooks.

Windows was a bit heavy operating system to run low cost and low power computers, especially for netbooks.

Now with the release of Moblin, people who had problems with Windows on their small computers will be greatly relieved.
