The LG GD510 Pop is a well defined new LG phone with a strange name. Recently released to the general public the LG Pop offers countless functions that appeal to the consumer. With a stylish and classy outer casing, the phone is aesthetically pleasing as well as comfortable to hold and use for everyday tasks. It is more than just a phone it is a PIM as well.

The LG GD510 phone comes with a 3.15 mega pixel camera that operates at a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. The camera takes good quality images which can either be viewed on its large display screen or printed out for posterity. The camera also doubles up as a video camera allowing video recording and playback. This is a useful alternative to static images and is a popular choice. The LG Pop also comes with an internal memory of 48Mb, which can be expanded up to 16 Gb by using the microSD slot.

The LG Pop GD510 is an affordable touch screen mobile with bags of charm and loads of handy features. This stylish handset has a high quality brushed aluminium body and a bright 3 inch display, yet it so lightweight, at just 87 grams. The Pop is a great introduction to touch screen interfaces, as it is very simple to use – you just tap and swipe the touch screen to access your favourite applications.

The home screen is simply laid out and easy to navigate. Personalize your mobile with widgets to get updates on what’s important to you, whether that’s weather forecasts or calendar events.

There’s also a single menu, call/end key underneath the touch screen that glows green when you make a call and red when you hang up.

Apart from that, the Pop is just another midrange touchscreen. LG Pop is quite obviously keen to have its own purpose and personality. The optional battery cover fitting a solar panel and the all-round eco-friendliness are one way for it to stand on its own two feet as a phone.

LG KM900 Arena

You have seen different mobile phones from different players of the industry in the first quarter of 09, but none could touch the class and elegance that has been seen in the LG KM900 Arena.

With it’s compact design, an impressive or to be more exact breathtaking screen, quality looks, friendly interface and an array of astounding features, the LG KM Arena is a device that people love to have.

Let’s find out why it is the best mobile phone of the year so far.

Features and specs:

It offers an array of nice features and specs that include:

5mp camera with flash and autofocus

Touch sensitive screen

3G video calling

Music Player with Dolby Mobile

FM radio

A-GPS, Bluetooth, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, WiFi for connectivity

3.5mm headphone jack

FM transmitter

3.5mm headphone Jack

8GB of memory that can be expanded to huge 40GB with memory card

It weighs 105g with 106x55x12mm dimensions

The specs and features are enough to prove that the LG Arena is a real all rounder that seems to play equally well all different departments of the game. Whether it’s about memory, music player, screen, camera or design, everything seems at its best in the LG KM 900 and seems to offer all that you can desire to have in your cell phone.

Aside from the above stated features, there are many other remarkable features and it is difficult to cover them in a brief review, but its support for assisted GPS with photos geo-tagging is really a feature that really worth mentioning.

Similarly, you would find it an outstanding device so far connectivity is concerned. It supports USB, Bluetooth, FM transmitter, and 3.5mm headphone socket to make it easier for you to get it connected with other devices. It houses a really nice browser and you would find it an enjoyable device for data downloading with HSDPA 7.2Mbps.
