So, now the things don’t feel quite interesting whenever we listen about such gadgets (perhaps we know about their fate.)</p>
<p><span id="more-726"></span> <a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/panasonic_logo.jpg" title="panasonic_logo.jpg"></a></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/panasonic_logo.jpg" title="panasonic_logo.jpg"> </a><a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/panasonic_logo.jpg" title="panasonic_logo.jpg"><img src="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/panasonic_logo.jpg" alt="panasonic_logo.jpg" /></a></p>
<p>This time, it comes from <a href="http://www.technologygear.net/category/panasonic">Panasonic</a> Electric Works which is about to reveal its electromagnetic induction charger. Once again there are strong hopes that it will make to the shops one day.</p>
<p>This slim but unnamed charging coil is only 1mm thick and because of this slimness it must be a relatively easy sell to device makers that want to keep the huge quantity down. Normally, wireless chargers are considered to develop for handsets, MP3 players and many other portable devices where weight does matter.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/panasoniclumixdmc-lx1-728-75.jpg" title="panasoniclumixdmc-lx1-728-75.jpg"></p>

<p></a></p>
<p>According to Panasonic subsidiary, it is considering to get the device and its joining base station which connects to the mains into stores during the first half of the coming year. Should we hold our breath again?</p>

(RIM)</strong></font> is planning to release a touch-screen model of the wireless e-mail gadget during the 3rd Q. The report further explains that new <font color="#003366"><strong>BlackBerry</strong></font> will be an answer to Apple Inc’s iPhone.</p>
<p>The Journal reported on its Website that the device would be sold entirely through Verizon Wireless in the U.S. and through Vodafone PLC in abroad .The device has been named as the Thunder.</p>
<p>On the other hand, RIM refused to comment on the report and stated that it didn’t say anything about rumors and assumptions. During this week some supposed details of a new touch-screen BlackBerry were also showed on the Internet.</p>
<p>During February this year, RIM’s co-CEO Jim Balsillie announced that if customers desired, the company would bring out a touch-screen.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png" title="blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png"></a></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><a href="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png" title="blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png"><img src="http://www.technologygear.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png" alt="blackberry-touchscreen-possibility.png" /></a></p>
<p>In the past, Balsillie has rejected the possibilities that the iPhone could become a serious competitor for the BlackBerry. Launching a touch-screen Blackberry would put RIM in a direct competition with Apple’s well-known iPhone.</p>
<p>On Thursday, RIM‘s shares closed C$ 140.99 which is C$ 1.60 higher in Toronto Stock Exchange. Similarly, on the NASDAQ, they closed at $140.71 with a gain of $2.15.</p>
<p><font color="#003366"><strong>Will this new BlackBerry be a success or Apple’s coming iPhone rules the world? Only time will tell.</strong></font></p>
