If the interview given by Andy Burnham, the Culture Secretary, regarded something as true, the day is not far when the UK govt. will regulate websites and offer movie style ratings for them.
In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, he revealed that the he wanted to see some limits for freedom of expression on the internet even blocking some websites.
Andy said that a clear online standard was definitely needed and people had been viewing content which could be regarded as unacceptable.
“I believe that there is a lot of such content available online that shouldn’t be viewed, and when it’s about harm for other people, a greater public interest is at stake.”
To smooth the progress of these curbs, Andy thinks that the US and UK may work together to offer a guidelines for English-language based sites.
He suggests that the Internet service providers to offer such services as provide child friendly content in a conserved internet version.

I agree with the above stated view. There must be ratings for different age groups of the nation. I personally feel that not every website available on the internet is suitable for the minor citizens.Such sites should surely have cinema style ratings.
