Archos soft launches own Android app store

It was June when Archos came into news by announcing its Android internet tablet, later confirmed its launching date as September, 15. It will be shown off in France. And keeping this in their strategy, they have come up with AppsLib, which is an application store offering applications compatible for high end Android devices.

AppsLib application enables you to use any kind of application on your Android device. This application can be downloaded for free, which certainly seems to become a promising portal in its genre. Apart from this, Archos announces that AppsLib will be available on all Android devices.

 

According to the specifications mentioned on the site, Archos 5 Internet Tablet will be offered with a 5-inch WVGA touch screen, storage capacity of 500GB, 720p video support, 3.5 connectivity and a 7 hours battery back up. People seem to waiting for this device and hope to find it different and better than the traditional device, called Archos 5.

Its features haven’t been revealed to the media yet. So, the whole world is eagerly waiting for September 15. Whether it could be manufacturers, customers or developers, every one is curious about the latest upcoming high end Android device, Archos 5 Internet Tablet.
